Lean Services Consultant with OEM, an
international consulting company based in Western Canada and founder of NBI, a business optimization company. An
Engineering Technologist, Norm is a highly experienced operations
executive who has demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams to new
levels of success in a variety of highly competitive industries. He has
worked on projects to:

and engineering as supervisor, department manager, Plant Manager, Director of
Operations over multiple plants, and Lead Consultant. As a graduate of the Leadership
Development Program, he is a promoter of the Center for Creative Leadership.
Having worked
at many levels of organizations, Norm is able to quickly relate to the
issues facing people throughout the clients operation.

facilities in Canada, the USA and Mexico.
